How can this be? There are common factors in many health issues such as inflammation, hormonal disturbances, pain and loss of mobility.

Trying acupuncture was a snap decision taken after decades of insomnia. I was lucky enough to have Jane as the practitioner, making the whole process calm and comfortable with her cheerful, positive and professional manner. After about 3 sessions, my sleeping improved noticeably and after 6 sessions I certainly don't consider myself as having insomnia any more.
The real revelation regarding acupuncture was treatment for regular bouts of tendinitis pain in my arms and shoulder. After one (!) treatment the discomfort and restricted movement was gone completely and has not returned. That was about 8 weeks ago. It feels rather like a miracle.
I am a convert and cannot recommend acupuncture with Jane highly enough.

“I was very sceptical, but I am so impressed”

I have been attending Jane’s clinic for four weeks now and although I had never had this treatment before and was terrified of needles, I decided to ‘give it a go’ to try and get help for 20 odd years of very bad sleep.

Jane put me at ease right away and showed how gentle the treatment is. Just read about Jane’s training and her knowledge of Chinese Acupuncture.

Jane is very kind and is helping me with the arthritis and a long-term nasal problem I have.

Sleep, I am now managing 3-4 hours most nights, instead of 1-2 if lucky. I know this, for me, will probably take a while for me but it’s looking good. My feet, well the intense pain under the foot has gone; it is good that I can put my foot flat on the floor.

My nasal problem is beginning to change for the better. I can now taste and smell again, and fingers crossed this will continue as I have had this problem for over three years. I would rather try acupuncture than pills and potions which bring their own problems.

I was very sceptical, but I am so impressed. I know we are all different and what works for some may not for others, but it is certainly worth visiting Jane and having a chat to see what she recommends.

My nervousness has gone, and I now look forward to my visit knowing I will come away relaxed and that my treatment is a natural treatment, no chemicals to worry about. I am so glad I had the confidence to go and see her.
